Arrowhead School Community,

It is a pleasure and privilege to serve as the Principal of Arrowhead School.  Since opening our doors to the Shawnee Mission School District special education community in the 2017-18 school year we have witnessed exciting successes in student achievement, emotional regulation skills, family support, along with the facility and grounds.  

At Arrowhead, our goal is to provide a safe, structured, and therapeutic educational program focused on helping students learn new emotional self-regulation skills (internal controls) within a K-12 environment rich in Trauma Sensitive Care.

Arrowhead's dedicated, caring, and compassionate staff work hard to create healthy partnerships with parents and community resources to meet the needs of students and families.
